PanArcticCellID01.asc

This file contains the Pan-Arctic Grid Cell ID.  Each pan-Arctic 
grid cell (from PanArcticMask01.asc) is assigned a unique integer
counting from 1 and ending at 39926.  Any cell not in the pan-Arctic
is assigned a NoData value, -9999.

The values themselves are arbitrary. The matrix is cycled through
with a nested loop starting at the top left corner of the matrix,
reading right to left then down.




ease721_drainage_v1.d

This file, generated by M. Serreze with header line added by 
R. Lammers, contains the grid cell information for the pan-Arctic 
grid cells only.  It will serve as the basis for the RIMS Formatted 
data files.

Fields are generated as follows:

GridID 		- Unique ID values (1-39926) (mapped in PanArcticCellID01.asc) 
Row  		- row and column coordinates for the 721x721 matrix
Col     	   upper left corner (Pacific Ocean) = (1,1)
Lat      	- Latitude from latf.ease.asc
Long   		- Longitude from longf360.ease.asc (0 to 360)
Arctic 		- The value from PanArcticMask01.asc (all cells should be 2)
BasinID		- Unique drainage basin ID from DrainageBasinMask01.asc
